so, here's another update on us....
- CC starts up for Susie and Peter this Monday!!! (it starts the following week for Kathy)
- Sarah and I start school the week of the 23rd (Sarah is doing online classes with Brian College, and I am doing a different co-op than last year; Hilger)
- Sarah is coming home from Maine tonight (she went on a 2 week sailing trip)
- yesterday Mom took Susie, Kathy and I out dress shopping for Steve's wedding (us 3 older girls are going to be servers in the wedding reception), and I found a dress at Davids Bridal, and Susie found a Davids Bridal dress at Goodwill for $3.99. :)
- Stephen is getting married October 10th, 2010 (10-10-10) in Great Falls, Montana
so what's been going on with you all?

Yay! Someone is taking advantage of the cool date of 10-10-10! :-) Susan doesn't want to wait until then to give birth. Can you believe it??? ;-)

Yep, that is definitely a cool (and easy to remember) wedding anniversary choice. See, Mom, someone else already took that day. I would hate to steal their show ;-).

Well, I think the cool wedding date is being harped on enough... what caught my eye was the awesome deal on the dress for Susie. That was more impressive for me. To each his own...
Well, I already started school, you late starter! hmph Early, early mornings made bearable by awesome breakfast sandwiches.
Any food creations lately? I made corn bread casserole with a refugee friend recently. It was easy and good! They really enjoyed it. Basically this: http://www.cooks.com/rec/view/0,188,136161-230201,00.html
but without the tomatoes.

the latest food creation is by Sarah - she has made (a lot) a salsa chicken and to make it, you put some salsa on raw chicken in a baking dish, bake until it's mostly cooked, then pull it out and put on more salsa, black beans, cheese (and anything else you want like Rotel tomatoes, crushed tortilla chips, peppers, corn, etc.)and bake for 10 more minutes and serve!!!! (I hope that all makes sense...)
and the cornbread casserole sounds delicous!!! (and would go well with some of Sarah's salsa chicken...:))
